Virgo Career and Finances horoscope for the year 2008

You open the year with Mars the planet of direct action firing up your career house until early March. This is a return visit for the red planet, so it may coincide with you finishing up on business initiated back in late August or September last year.

Areas of benefit are associated with real-estate and/or mining investments and that which is connected to the earth. This is also an excellent year for the more artistically minded as Jupiter and Pluto move into your house of creativity, giving inspiration and opportunity in these areas.

Some may elect to work more with children this year, or in areas of entertainments and amusements. If you're planning on embarking on a new career direction, the last week of May leading into June 18 will see all of the personal planets concentrated in your career area.

As well as bringing more recognition and success, this can also be the premium period to institute changes that work. Saturn often loads you up with new responsibilities via committees and the status quo. If you're a senior person within your peer group be prepared to take the reins.
